SN54265

The SN54265 circuit features complementary outputs from each logic element, which has virtually symmetrical switching time delays from the triggering input.It is designed specifically for use in applications such as: differential line driver, switch debouncing,etc.

Features of of the SN54265 are:(1)switching time skew of the complementary outputs is typically 0.5ns to not more than 3 ns at rated loading; (2)full fan-out to 20 high-level and 10 low-level 54 load; (3)active pull-down provides square transfer characteristics.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54265 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V ; (2): input voltage is 5.5 V; (3): storage temperature range is -65 to 150;(4): operating free-air temeprature range is 0 to 70.
