SN5428 General Description
The SN5428 is a devices contain four independent 2-input NOR buffer gate.It is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55 to 125.
Features of the SN5428 are:(1)package options include plastic"small outline"packages,ceramic chip carriers and flat packages ,and plastic and ceramic DIPs; (2)dependable texas instruments quality and reliability.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN5428 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature:-55 to 125; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
