The SN54298 monolithic quadruple two-input multiplexer with storage provides essentially the equivalent functional capabilities of two separate MSI functions in a single 16-pin package.
The recommended operating conditions of the SN54298 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, Vcc is 4.5 V min, 5 V typ and 5.5 V max; (2): high-level output current, IOH is -800 uA max; (3): low-level output current, IOL is 16 mA max; (4): width of clock pulse, high or low level, tw is 20 ns min; (5): operating free-air temperature, Ta is -55 to 125.
The electrical characteristics over recommeded operating free-air temperature range of the SN54298 can be summarized as:(1): high-level input voltage(VIH0 is 2 V min; (2): low-level input voltage(VIL) is 0.8 V max; (3): input clamp voltage(VIK) is -1.5 V max; (4): input current at maximum input voltage(II) is 1 mA max when Vcc is max and Vi s 5.5 V.
