General Description
SN5439 General Description
The SN5439 contains four independent 2-input NOR buffer gates with open-collector outputs.Open-collector outputs require resistive pull-up resistors to perform correctly. It may be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.It is characterized for operation over the full military range of -55 to 125.
Features of of the SN5439 are:(1)current sinking capability up to 80 mA; (2)dependable texas instructions quality and reliability; (3)guaranteed fan-out of 30 series 54 load.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN5439 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V ; (2): input voltage is 7 V; (3): storage temperature range is -65 to 150;(4): operating free-air temeprature range is -55 to 125;(5): off-sate output voltage is 7 V.
