SN5439

The SN5439 contains four independent 2-input NOR buffer gates with open-collector outputs.Open-collector outputs require resistive pull-up resistors to perform correctly. It may be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.It is characterized for operation over the full military range of -55 to 125.
