Description

These octal bus transceivers SN54ALS1245A are designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses. SN54ALS1245A transmits data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level at the directioncontrol (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) input can be used to disable the device so the buses are effectively isolated.

The SN54ALS1245A is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55 to 125. The SN74ALS1245A is characterized for operation from 0 to 70.
