SN54ALS2540

The SN54ALS2540 is a kind of octal buffer and line driver which is designed to drive capacitive input characteristics of MOS device.At the same time, it offers a pinput with inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package.This arrangement freatly enhances printed-circuit-board layout.

Features of of the SN54ALS2540 are:(1)3-state outputs drive bus lines or buffer memory address registers; (2)P-N-P inputs reduce DC loading; (3)outputs have 25 ohms series registers, so no external registers are required.
