SN54F350

The SN54F350 is operationally equivalent to a 4-input multiplexer with the inputs connected so that the select code causes shifts of the data word.This makes SN54F350 possible to perform shifts of 0,1,2 or 3 places on words of any length with suitable interconnection.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54F350 can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage(Vcc) is -0.5 V to 7 V; (2):input voltage is -1.2 V to 7 V; (3): input current is -30 mA to 5 mA; (4): voltage applied to any output in the high state is -0.5 V to Vcc; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is  -65 to +150; (6) voltage applied to any output in the disabled or power-offstate is -0.5 V to 5.5 V.
