The SN54HC109 contains two independent J-K negative-edge-triggered flip-flop. A low level at the Preset or clear inputs sets or resets the outputs regardless of the levels of the other inputs.
Features of of the SN54HC109 are:(1)package options include plastic small-outline packages, ceramic chip carriers and standard plastic and ceramic 300-mil DIPs; (2)dependable texas instruments quality and reliability.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54HC109 can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage(Vcc) is -0.5 V to 7 V; (2):input diode current, IIK( for Vi<0 V or Vi>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (3): output diode current, IOK(for Vo<0 V or Vo>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (4): continous output current, IO(Vo is 0 to Vcc) is ±25 mA; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
