SN54HC109

The SN54HC109 contains two independent J-K negative-edge-triggered flip-flop. A low level at the Preset or clear inputs sets or resets the outputs regardless of the levels of the other inputs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54HC109 can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage(Vcc) is -0.5 V to 7 V; (2):input diode current, IIK( for Vi<0 V or Vi>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (3): output diode current, IOK(for Vo<0 V or Vo>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (4): continous output current, IO(Vo is 0 to Vcc) is ±25 mA; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
