The 'HC266 are composed of four independent2-input exclusive-NOR gates and featureopen-drain outputs. They perform the Booleanfunction Y =AB or Y = AB + AB in positive logic.

The SN54HC266 is characterized for operationover the full military temperature range of 55to 125. The SN74HC266 is characterized foroperation from 40 to 85.
