SN54HC283

The SN54HC283-improved full adders performs the addition of two 4-bit binary words.The sum outputs are provided for each bit, and the resultant carry(C4) is obtained from the fourth bit.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54HC283 can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage(Vcc) is -0.5 V to 7 V; (2):input diode current, IIK( for Vi<0 V or Vi>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (3): output diode current, IOK(for Vo<0 V or Vo>Vcc) is ±20 mA; (4): continous output current, IO(Vo is 0 to Vcc) is ±25 mA; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is  -65 to +150.
