General Description
SN54LS138 General Description
The Schottky-clamped TTL MSI circuit SN54LS138 is designed to be used in high-performance memory deconding or data-routing applications requiring very short propagation delay times.In high-performance memory systems, it can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding.
Features of of the SN54LS138 are:(1)designed specifically for high-speed:memory decoders;data transmission systems; (2)3 enable inputs to simplify cascading and/or data reception; (3)schottky clamped for high performance.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54LS138 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V; (2): input voltage range, Vi is 7 V; (3): operating free-air temperature, Ta is 0 to 70; (4): storage temperature range is -65 to 150; (5): off-state output voltage(including I/O ports) is 5.5 V.
