The SN65LVDS3486D is designed as one kind of high speed differential line receiver that implement the electrical characteristics of low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS). Features of SN65LVDS3486D are:(1)meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI TIA/EIA-644 standard; (2)operate with a single 3.3-V supply; (3)designed for signaling rate of up to 400 Mbps; (4)differential input thresholds ±100 mV max; (5)typical propagation delay time of 2.1 ns; (6)power dissipation 60 mW typical per receiver at 200 MHz; (7)bus-terminal esd protection exceeds 8 kV; (8)low-voltage TTL (LVTTL) logic output levels; (9)pin compatible with AM26LS32, MC3486, and A9637; (10)open-circuit fail-safe.
