The SN7401 is a devices contain four independent 2-input NAND gates.The open-collector outputs requie pull-up resistors to perform correctly.It may be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.
Features of the SN7401 are :(1)packfage options include plastic"small outline" packages ,ceramic chip carriers and flat packages,and plastic and ceramic DIPs ; (2)dependable texas instruments quality and reliability.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN7401 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:-55 to 125; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
