Features of the SN74121 are:(1)programmable output pulse width with Rint:35 ns Typ;with Rext/Cext:40ns to 28 seconds; (2)internal compensation for virtual temperature independence; (3)jitter-free operation up to 90% duty cycle; (4)inhibit capability.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN74121 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:0 to70; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
