SN74174

The SN74174 monolithic,positive-edge-trggered flip-flops utillize TTL circuitry to implemnet D-type flip-flop logic.All have a direct clear input,and '175,'LS175,and 'S175 feature complementary outputs from each flip-flop.

Features of the SN74174 are:(1)'174 contain six flip-flops with single-rail outputs; (2)three performance ranges offered:see table lower right; (3)buffered clock and direct clear inputs; (4)individual data input to each flip-flop; (5)applications include:buffer/storage registers;shift registers;pattern generators.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN74174 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:0 to70; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
