SN7423

The SN7423 decices contain dual 4-input positivr NOR gates with strobe.The SN7423 is characterized for operation from 0 to 70.

Features of the SN7423 are:(1)two independent 4-bit latches in a single package; (2)separate clear inputs provide one-step clearing operation; (3)dual gated enable inputs simplify cascading register implementations; (4)compatible for use with TTL circuits; (5)input clamping diodes simplify system design.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN7423 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:0 to 70; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
