SN74251N

The SN74251N is one of the SN74251 series.These conolithic data selectors/multiplexers contain full on-chip bibary decoding to select one-of-eight data sources and feature a strobe-controlled three-state output.The strobe must be at a low logic level to enable these devices.

Features of the SN74251N are:(1)three-state outputs interface directly with system bus; (2)perform parallel-to-serial convesion; (3)permit multiplexing from N-lines to one line; (4)complementary outputs provide true and inverted data ; (5)fully compatibel with most TTL circuits.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN74251N can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:0 to 70; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
