The SN7439 device contains four independent 2-input NAND buffer gates with open-collector outputs.The open-collector outputs require pull-up resistors to perform correctly.They may be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN7439 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:7V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:0 to70; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
