Description

The 'AHC32 devices are quadruple 2-input positive-OR gates. These devices perform the Boolean function Y= A • B or Y = A+B in positive logic. The  'AHC32   is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55°C to 125°C. The SN74AHC32 is characterized for operation from 40°C to 85°C.
