Features of of the SN74AS304 are:(1)maximum output skew of 1 ns ; (2)maximum pulse skew of 1 ns ; (3)center-pin Vcc and GND configurations to minimize high-speed switching noise; (4)package options include plastic"small outline" packages, ceramic chip carriers, and standard plastic and ceramic 300-mil DIPs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN74AS304 can be summarized as:(1): supply-voltage(Vcc) is 7 V; (2):input voltage is 7 V; (3): voltage applied to a disabled 3-tate output is 5.5 V; (4)storage temperature(Tstg) is -65 to +150; (5)operating free-air temperature range is 0 to 70.
