Description

The SN74HC132N is designed as one kind of quadruple positive-nand gates with schmitt-trigger inputs.Features of it are:(1)wide operating voltage range of 2 V to 6 V;(2)outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads;(3)low power consumption, 20-A Max ICC;(4)typical tpd=14 ns;(5)±4-mA output drive at 5 V;(6)low input current of 1 A max;(7)operation from very slow input transitions;(8)temperature-compensated threshold levels and (9)high noise immunity;(10)same pinouts as 'HC00.Each circuit functions as a NAND gate, but because of the Schmitt action, it has different input threshold levels for positive- and negative-going signals.These circuits are temperature compensated and can be triggered from the slowest of input ramps
and still give clean jitter-free output signals.

The absolute maximum ratings over operating free-air temperature range of the SN74HC132N can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range, VCC=-0.5 V to 7.0 V;(2)input clamp current:±20 mA;(3)output clamp current:±20 mA;(4)continuous output current:±50 mA;(5)continuous current through VCC or GND:±50 mA;(6)package thermal impedance:86,96,80,76 or 113°C/W;(7)storage temperature range, Tstg:-65°C to 150°C.
