Description

The SN74LVC1G18YEAR is designed as a 1-of-2 noninverting demultiplexer with a 3-state output. This device buffers the data on input A and passes it to either output Y0 or Y1, depending on whether the state of the select (S) input is low or high, respectively.

SN74LVC1G18YEAR has eleven features. (1)Available in the texas instruments nanostar and nanofree package. (2)Supports 5V Vcc operation. (3)Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V. (4)Max tpd of 3.4ns at 3.3V. (5)Low power consumption, 10uA max Icc. (6)+/-24mA output drive at 3.3V. (7)Typical Volp (output ground bounce)<0.8V at Vcc=3.3V. (8)Typical Vohv (output Voh undershoot)>2V at Vcc=3.3V. (9)Ioff supports partial-power-down mode operation. (10)Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, class II. (11)ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 2000V human body model and 200V machine model and 1000V charged device model. Those are all the main fetaures.
