The SN75HVD05P is designed as one kind of 3.3 V RS-485 transceiver that can be used in (1)data transmission over long or lossy lines or electrically noisy environments; (2)profibus line interface; (3)industrial process control networks; (4)point-of-sale (POS) networks; (5)electric utility metering; (6)building automation; (7)digital motor control.
