SP4982

The SP4982 prescaler is one a range of very high speed low power prescalers for use in consumer applications such as satellite TV receivers. The device features a CMOS compatible output stage.

The SP4982 has 7 features.The first one is high speed operation 2.5GHz.The second one is silicon technology for low phase noise.The third one is very low power dissipation 220mW.The fourth one is single 5V supply operation.The fifth one is  high input sensitivity.The sixth one is very wide operating frequency range.The seventh one is  electrostatic protection ESD precautions must be observed.The SP4982 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is supply voltage,Vcc,the rating is +6.5V.When parameter is input voltage,the rating is 2.5Vp-p.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -55 to +150.When parameter is junction temperature,the rating is +175.
