SPD-121

The SPD-121 is designed as one kind of package type GaAs schottky barrier diode device that has three points of features:(1)very small-sized ceramic package;(2)less parasitic components, conversion loss;(3)many types: 5 single types, 10 integrated types. And this device can be used in C to X band use, DBS, measuring instruments applications.
