SSM2100

The SSM2100 is designed as one kind of high frequency oscilator / voltage to frequency converter with wide sweep range, high line-arity and temperature stability. This device has a minimum 10000 to 1 sweep range when operated from +/- 15 V supplies and has a 50 ppm / degree C temperature stability figure. Complementary outputs are provided for two phase clocking applications.
