The SSRP130B1RL is one member of the SSRP130B1 family which is designed as the dual asymmetrical transient voltage suppressor that can be used in solid-state relays and SLIC with integrated ring generator applications. The asymmetrical protection configuration is necessary to allow the use of all different types of ringing schemes.
