The SSW-307 is designed as one kind of high performance Gallium Arsenide Field Effect Transistor MMIC switch housed in a low-cost surface-mountable miniature small outline plastic package and produced by Stanford Microdevices. The single-pole,double-throw,non-reflective switch consumes less than 50 uA and operates at -5V and 0V for control bias. Its high isolation and low insertion loss makes it ideal for T/R switching in analog and digital wireless communication systems. The die is fabricated using 0.5 micron FET process with gold metallization and solicon nitride passivation to achieve excellent performance and reliability.
Features of this product of the SSW-307 are:(1)high isolation:+47 dBm IP3;(2)low DC power consumption;(3)low insertion loss:0.6 dB at 2GHz;(4)broad performance-true DC operation and (5)low cost small outline plastic package. It can be used in GPS,analog/digital wireless system and spread spectrum.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SSW-307 can be summarized as:(1)RF input power:2W max>500 MHz;(2)control voltage:-10 V;(3)operating temperature:-45 to +85;(4)storage temperature:-65 to +150 and (5)thermal resistance:20 deg /W.If you want to know more information about this product, please download the datasheet in www.seekic.com and www.chinaicmart.com
