The ST10F269 is designed as one kind of 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller that combines high CPU performance with high peripheral functionality and enhanced I/O-capabilities. Also it is processed in 0.35mm CMOS technology and provides on-chip high-speed single voltage Flash memory, on-chip high-speed RAM, and clock generation via PLL.
