ST3237EC

The ST3237EC is one member of the ST3237 family which is designed as the ±15 KV ESD protected 3 to 5.5V, 250 kbps, RS-232 transceiver device that can be used in notebook, subnotebook, palmtop computers, battery-powered equipment, hand-held equipment, peripherals and printers applications. This device is also guaranteed to run at data rates of 250kbps while maintaining RS-232 output levels.
