ST62E18C has many features. The first one is 3.0 to 6.0V supply operating range. The second one is 8 MHz maximum clock frequency. The third one is -40 to +125°C operating temperature range. The fourth one is run, wait and stop modes. The fifth one is 5 interrupt vectors. The sixth one is look-up table capability in program memory. The seventh one is data storage in program memory: user selectable size. The eighth one is data RAM which would be 192 bytes. The ninth one is user programmable options. The tenth one is 12 I/O pins, fully programmable as: input with pull-up resistor, input without pull-up resistor, input with interrupt generation, open-drain or push-pull output and analog input.
