The ST6369microcontroller is member of the8-bit HCMOSST638xfamily,aseriesofdevicesspecially orientedtoDigitalControlledMultiFrequencyMonitor applications. ST6369membersare based on a building block approach: a common core is surrounded by a combination of on-chip peripherals (macrocells availablefromastandardlibrary.These peripheralsaredesignedwith thesame Core technologyproviding full compatibility and short design time. Many of these macrocells are speciallydedicated to DCMF Monitor applications. The macrocellsoftheST6369are:twoTimer peripheralseach includingan 8-bitcounterwitha 7-bit softwareprogrammableprescaler(Timer),adigitalhardwareac- tivatedwatchdogfunction(DHWD), a 14-bitvoltage synthesistuningperipheral,aSerialPeripheralInterface (SPI), six 6-bit PWM D/A converters, an A/D converter with 0.5V resolution, a 14-bit PWM D/A converter. In addition the following memory resources are available: program ROM (8K bytes), dataRAM(256bytes),EEPROM(384bytes).
