The ST72754S7T1 is one member of the ST72754 series. The ST72754 is HCMOS microcontroller unit (MCU) from the ST727x4 family with dedicated peripherals for Monitor applications. The device includes an on-chip oscillator, CPU, System protection against illegal address jumps, Sync Processor for video timing & Vfback analysis, up to 60K Program Memory, up to 1K RAM, USB/DMA, a Timing Measurement Unit, I/O, a timer with 2 input captures and 2 output compares, a 4-channel Analog to Digital Converter, DDC, I2C Single Master, Watchdog Reset, and eight 10-bit PWM/BRM outputs for analog DC control of external functions.
Features of the ST72754S7T1 are: (1)63 basic instructions; (2)fast 8-bit by 8-bit multiply; (3)17 main addressing modes; (4)two 8-bit index registers; (5)16-bit stack pointer; (6)low power modes; (7) maskable hardware interrupts; (8)non-maskable software interrupt. The maskable interrupts must be enabled in order to be serviced. However, disabled interrupts can be latched and processed when they are enabled. When an interrupt has to be serviced, the PC, X, A and CC registers are saved onto the stack and the interrupt mask (I bit of the Condition Code Register) is set to prevent additional interrupts. The Y register is not automatically saved.
The absolute maximum ratings of the ST72754S7T1 can be summarized as:(1) recommended supply voltage: 0.3 V to 6.0 V;(2)storage temperature range:-65 to 150;(3) input voltage: Vss0.3 V to Vdd + 0.3 V;(4) analog input voltage: Vss0.3 V to Vdd + 0.3 V;(5)operating temperature range:0 to +70;(6) ESD susceptibility: 2000V;(7) junction temperature:150.
