The STK4274 is designed as current amp with case outline of 15 pins for video projectors.

STK4274 has two features. (1) It has 2 channels. (2) 1 package for convergence use. That are all the main features.

Some STK4274 absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its maximum supply voltage would be ±38V. (2) Its maximum collector current would be +2.0A for tr6, 13 DC 1 sec and would be -2.0A for tr7, 14 DC 1 sec. (3) Its thermal resistance would be 3.0°C/W. (4) Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (5) Its operating case temperature would be 105°C. (6) Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to +105°C. It should be noted for the maximum supply voltage that if it is not balanced between +Vcc and -Vcc, the maximum rating of +Vcc - (-Vcc) must be 76V. Further |±Vcc max| < 42.5V must be met. Stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some STK4274 operating charactristics at Ta=25°C, Rg=50 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its output noise voltage would be max 0.2 mVrms. (2) Its quiescent current would be typ 15mA and max 25mA. (3) Its midpoint voltage would be min -50V and typ 0V and max +50V. (4) Its output delay time would be max 1 usec with condition of Vcc=20.5V, f=15.75kHz, triangular wave input Vpp=1.5V. That are all the main characteristics.

And two remarks about STK4274. (1) For power supply at the time of test, use a constant voltage power supply unless otherwise specified. (2) The output noise voltage is represented by the peak value on rms scale (VTVM) of average value indicating type. And so on.
