STK733C

The STK733C is a 24 V dedicated, single-output regulator which is equipped with a step-down chopper that employs a power medal oxide semiconductor (MOS) fied effect transistor (FET). The typical applications include power supplies for printers and other office automation (OA) devices, power supplies for robots and other factory automation (FA) devices, power supplies for video cassette recorders (VCR) and other devices used by the general public and secondary regulator for switching power supplies.

There are some STK733C features as follows. First, it incorporates Sanyo's original Insulated Metal Substrate Technology (IMST). The second is high-efficiency by using MOSFET. Then is built-in L-type over-current for drive applications. Besides, it provides high stability for switching frequencies to support other oscillation forms.
