STPS10H100CG-TR

The STPS10H100CG-TR is designed as one kind of high voltage power schottky rectifiers for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptators and on board DC/DC converters.

STPS10H100CG-TR has four features. (1)High junction temperature capability for converters located in confined environment. (2)Low leakage current at high temperature. (3)Low static and dynamic losses as a result of the schottky barrier. (4)Avalanche capability specified. Those are all the main features.

Some STPS10H100CG-TR absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 100V. (2)Its RMS forward current would be 10A. (3)Its average forward current would be 5A per diode and would be 10A per device. (4)Its surge non repetitive forward current would be 180A. (5)Its repetitive peak reverse current would be 1A. (6)Its repetitive peak avalanche power would be 7200W. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. (8)Its maximum operating junction temperature would be 175°C. (9)Its critival rate of rise of reverse voltage would be 10000V/us. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some STPS10H100CG-TR electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its thermal resistance junction to case would be 2.2°C/W per diode and would be 1.3°C/W for total and would be 0.3°C/W for coupling. (2)Its thermal resistance junction to case would be 4.5°C/W for per diode and would be 3.5°C/W for total and would be 2.5°C/W for coupling. (3)Its reverse leakage current would be max 3.5uA. (4)Its forward voltage drop would be max 0.73V at If=5A and would be 0.85V at If=10V. And so on.
