The STPS10H100CG-TR is designed as one kind of high voltage power schottky rectifiers for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptators and on board DC/DC converters.
STPS10H100CG-TR has four features. (1)High junction temperature capability for converters located in confined environment. (2)Low leakage current at high temperature. (3)Low static and dynamic losses as a result of the schottky barrier. (4)Avalanche capability specified. Those are all the main features.
