STR450

The STR450 is desiged as a single channel synthesized UHF receiver. The unit is intended to fulfil the numerous OEM applications by virtue of its highly flexible design approach, miniature size and cost-effective performance. The unit complies with MPT1329 and as such does not require an operating licence in the UK. It is also approved to various EC specifications.

Some technical specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its frequency range would be from 430MHz to 470MHz. (2)Its switching bandwidth would be 5MHz. (3)Its frequency stabiliy would be +/-1.5kHz. (4)Its number of RF channels would be 1 of 128 (16 randomly programmed, 112 sequential), serial select/reprogram 1200 baud RS232. (5)Its supply voltage would be 5.5V to 15Vdc. (6)Its supply current at 7.2V would be <12mA. (7)Its channel switching delay would be <50ms across switching bandwidth. (8)Its channel spacing would be 12.5kHz/ 20kHz/ 25kHz available. (9)Its modulation type would be F1D, F2D/F3D. (10)Its sensitivity would be <-115dBm for 12dB SINAD. (11)Its image/spurii would be >60dB. (12)Its intermoduation response rejection would be >50dB. (12)Its blocking would be >80dB. (13)Its intermediate frequencies would be 21.4MHz and 455kHz. (14)Its adjacent channel selectivity would be >60dB for 12.5kHz channel spacing and >70dB for 25kHz channel spacing. (15)Its audio response would be 9Hz to 6kHz at -3dB. (16)Its recovered audio level would be 200mVp-p typ into 10kohms. (17)Its spurious emissions (conducted & radiated) would be in accordance with ETS/CEPT specifications. 

Also some other specifications are concluded as follow. (1)Its interface connections would be solder terminals. (2)Its RF connection would be SMB bulkhead male. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -10°C to +55°C. (4)Its storage temperature would be from -30°C to +70°C. (5)Its size overall would be -62 x 60 x 25mm. (6)Its weight would be 110g.
