The STTA806G-TR is a very high performance series of ultra-fast high voltage power diodes from 600V to 1200V. The features of the STTA806G-TR are: (1)specificto"freewheelmode"operations: freewheel or booster diode; (2)ultra-fast and soft recovery; (3)very low overall power losses in both the diode and the companion transistor; (4)high frequency operations; (5)insulated package : TO-220AC Electrical insulation : 2500VRMS Capacitance < 7 pF.
