General Description
STV9378 General Description
Designed for monitors and high performance TVs,the STV9378 vertical deflection booster delivers flyback voltages up to 90 V. The STV9378 operates with supplies up to 42 V and provides up to 2App output current to drive the yoke.It is offered in HEPTAWAT package.
There are someabsolute maximum ratings about it.Supply voltage(pin 2) (Vs) is 50 V. Flyback peak voltage(pin6)(V6) is 100 V. Amplifier input voltage(pin1-7) is -0.3 V to +Vs V . Maximum output peak current(Ic) is 1.5 A. Maximum sink current(I3) is 1.5 A. Maximum source current(I3) is 1.5 A.Operating ambient temperature(Topr) is -20 to +75.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -40 to +150. Junction temperature(Tj) is +150.
