The features of T2700 are: (1)800V, 125 Deg.CT, operating; (2)high dv/dt and dl/dt capability; (3)low swithing losses; (4)high pulse current capability; (5)low forward and reverse leskage; (6)sipos oxide glass multilayer passivation system; (7)advanced unisurface construction; (8)precise ion implanted diffusion source.

The electrical characteristics of the T2700 are: (1)peak off-state current: 0.1mA typical and 4mA max; (2)maximum on-state voltage: 1.8V typical and 2.25V max; (3)DC holding current: 15mA typical and 30mA max; (4)critical rate-of-rise of commutation voltage: 3V/s min and 10V/s max; (5)gate-controlled turn-on time: 2.2s; (6)thermal resistance: 4/W.
