TA22T series

The TA22T series is a kind of single value chip resistor which is an excellent solution for analog design problems where space is limited and high packing density is required. Due to their Tantalum Nitride resistive layer these resistors are stable and mositure resistant.

Features of the TA22T series are:(1)small size 20 mil square; (2)resistance range 10 ohms to 1 M ohms; (3)resistor matrial: self-passivating Tantalum nitride; (4)silicon substrate for good power dissipation ; (5)low cost.

The specifications of the TA22T series can be summarized as:(1): absolute TCR is ±100 ppm/(-55 to +125); (2): absolute tolerance is ±0.5%, ±1% , ±2%; (3): power dissipation is 100 mW at +25, 50 mW at 70 , 25 mW at +125; (4): stability(R radio) is ±0.07% typical, ±0.1 max(2000 hrs at 70); (5): voltage coefficient is less than 0.1 ppm/volt; (6): working voltage is 50 volts DC on RT; (7): storage temperature range is -55 to +155; (8): operating temperature rnge is -55 to +155; (9): noise is -45 dB typical, -35 dB max(Mil-STD 202 methos 308); (10): shelf life stability is 100 ppm (1 year).
