General Description
TA8083P General Description
The TA8083P contains two motor driver circuits with a current capacity of 0.5A for dirving bidirectional DC motors. Inputs Dl1A/B and Dl2A/B are combined to select one of forward, reverse, stop, and brake modes.
The features of TA8083P are: (1)0.5A bidirectional DC motor driver; (2)two circuits contained(power supply, self-diagnostic, and protective functions provided for each); (3)low standby current: 0.1mA; (4)self-diagnostic output: short-circuit mode; (5)protective functions: short-circuit, thermal-shutdown, over-voltage shutdown; (6)built-in counter electromotive force absorption diodes.
The following is about the maximum ratings of TA8083P: (1)power supply voltage: 30V; (2)input voltage: -0.3V to VCC; (3)output current: 0.5A; (4)power dissipation: 1.4W; (5)operating temperature: -40 to 110; (6)storage temperature: -55 to 150; (7)lead temperature time: 260.
