TA8120P

The TA8120P is a kind of C-QUAMAM stereo decoding and pilot detection system IC which contains L+R signal detector, L-R signal detector, pilot signal detector and matrix circuit. It is suitable for DTS automoble radio and others.

The features of TA8120P can be summarized as (1)full wave envelope detector (L+R signal); (2)PLL detector (L-R signal); (3)no adjustable VCO (voltage controled oscillator) for PLL detector; (4)pilot signal (25Hz) detector; (5)stereo indicator driving; (6)forced monaural switching circuit; (7)internal level detector can be used as AGC source; (8)operating supply voltage : VCC(opr)=6~12V, (Ta=25°C).
