General Description
TA8161F General Description
The TA8161F is a DC/DC converter system IC, which is developed for supplying a voltage(for 2.5V or 5V) for CMOS IC etc.
The features of TA8161F are: (1)output voltage can be switched over to 2.5V or 5V; (2)built-in backup mode with a very low power dissipation VCC=1.2V, Ta=25, IO=0; (3)built-in mode switch; (4)excellent power efficiency, by blocking oscillation; (5)output current: IO1=11mA, VO=5V mode or IO2=22mA, VO=2.5V mode; (6)operating supply voltage range: VCC=0.9 to 4V or VCC1=0.9 to 2.2V.
The following is about the maximum ratings of TA8161F: (1)supply voltage: 5V; (2)output voltage: 8V; (3)output current: 40mA; (4)power dissipation: 400mW; (5)operating temperature: -25 to 75; (6)storage temperature: -55 to 150.
