TA8529F

The TA8529F is a stepping motor driver IC which operates based on bipolar transistors.

Features of the TA8157AF are:(1)two low-staturation-voltage bridge drivers:saturation voltage <0.95V(IQ=400mA);(2)1-phase excitation,2-phase excitation,1/2-phase excitation enabled by four-port inputs(pin 11 open);(3)2-phase excitation enabled by two-port inputs(pins 8,9,11 grounded);(4)built-in standby function;(5)built-in rush-current protector circuit for when switching exitation current;(6)standard 20-pin PFP;(7)GND pin=heat sink.
