The TC83230-0025 LSI is a single-chip CMOS LSI for use in calculators with printers. TC83230-0025 integrates I/O logic circuits necessary to configure a calculator with 10-digit display, two memory functions and TWO TAX functions, serial printer used to print calculation results, oscillator, and LCD drivers.
