TCD132D

The TCD132D is designed as a 1024 elements linear image sensor which includes CCD drive circuit and signal processing circuit. The CCD drive circuit consists of the pulse generator and the CCD driver, therefore it is posible to get easy drive by applying simple pulses.

It has six features. (1)Number of image sensing elements is 1024. (2)Image sensing element size is 14um by 14um on 14um centers. (3)Photo sensing region which would be low dark current pn photodiode. (4)Its clock is 3 input pulses 5V. (5)Its package is 22 pin CERDIP. (6)Internal circuit is clamp circuit (for optical black level reference) sample&hold circuit. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its master clock voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (2)Its shift pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (3)Its CCD clock voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (4)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (5)Its reference voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its sensitivity would be min 9V and typ 12V and max 15V. (2)Its photo response non uniformity would be max 10%. (3)its saturation output voltage would be min 2V and typ 3V. (4)Its saturation exposure would be min 0.13lxs and typ 0.25lxs. (5)Its dark signal non uniformity would be max 15mV. (6)Its analog current dissipation would be typ 12mA and max 20mA. (7)Its digital current dissipation would be typ 4mA and max 10mA. (8)Its input current of Vref would be typ 0.1ma and max 1mA. (9)Its total transfer efficiency would be min 92%. (10)Its output impedance would be typ 1kohms and max 2kohms. And so on.
