TD6134AF(ER)

The TD6134AF(ER) is one member of the TD6134AF family which is designed as the ECL prescaler for digital synthesized tuner that is also a 2 modulus prescaler developed for low operating voltage digital synthesized tuner, and can operate up to 250 MHz.
