TD62008AP

The TD62008AP is designed as a high voltage and high current darlington driver comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and protective diodes against a negative input voltage.

It has seven features. (1)Output current (single output) would be max 400mA. (2)High sustaining voltage output 50V min. (3)Output clamp diodes. (4)Protective diodes against a negative input voltage. (5)Inputs base resistor Rin=20kohms. (6)Inputs compatible with 9 to 15V PMOS, CMOS. (7)Package type is DIP-16 pin. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its output sustaining voltage would be from -0.5V to 50V. (2)Its output current would be 400mA/ch. (3)Its input voltage would be from -40V to 40V. (4)Its clamp diode reverse voltage would be 50V. (5)Its clamp diode forward current would be 400mA. (6)Its power dissipation would be 0.625W. (7)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its output leakage current would be max 100uA. (2)Its collector to emitter saturation voltage would be typ 1.3V and max 2.4V at Iout=400mA and would be typ 1.0V and max 1.6V at Iout=200mA. (3)Its input current high would be typ 0.85mA and max 1.8mA at Vin=18V and would be max 3.8mA at Vin=35V. (4)Its input current low would be max -20uA at Vin=-35V. (5)Its DC current transfer ratio would be min 1000 and typ 3000. (6)Its clamp diode reverse current would be max 100uA. (7)Its clamp forward voltage would be typ 1.5V and max 2.4V.
