TD62164

The TD62164 is designed as one kind of 4ch high current darlington sink driver that is comprised of four NPN transistor arrays. This device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.

Features of the TD62164 are:(1)output current (single output): 0.7 A/ch (max.);(2)high sustaining voltage output is 50 V;(3)output clamp diodes;(4)inputs compatible with TTL and 5 V CMOS;(5)GND and SUB terminal = heat sink;(6)package type-AP: DIP-16 pin;(7)package type-AF: PFP-16 pin.
